You can return products within 10 days of placing your order. Please ensure that the return request is initiated within this timeframe.
1. The return request is made within 10 days of the order placement.
2.The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
3.We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 2 quantities are counted as a bulk)
We understand that accidents may happen during shipping and transit. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us on mail or phone (whatsapp) mmediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
1) Email us at coolturallyours@gmail.com or reach out to us at +91998O5553OO with the order number, product name and reason for return.
2) Once the return request has been acknowledged we can share our address with you and you can send the product to us.
We will refund your account (less a nominal return shipping fees) once your returned product has been delivered to us and passes the quality check.
The customer could choose to either ship the order to the return address, or the shipping handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount and the reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
For Prepaid orders, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned to the source of payment. (The source is defined as whichever payment method you choose while completing the transaction). The refund will reflect in the source account between 7 to 14 days from the date of approval of the return request. We may request your account details again as part of this process.
Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped out. Kindly contact us on +91 998O5553OO or mail us at coolturallyours@gmail.com with the cancellation request to check for eligibility. In case, for some unavoidable reason, you need to return it- the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer. For prepaid orders, cancellation refund will be initiated immediately once the order has been cancelled from our end.
